A single component water based acrylic cross linking emulsion designed to penetrate concrete surfaces and adhere to produce a clear low sheen coating, providing a hard wearing dust free, more natural surface than a gloss coating with additional stain protection making it ideal for entertaining areas, garages and driveways.

Aquaseal SP is usually applied to new concrete but it can be applied to older surfaces provided they are clean and dry. Aquaseal SP is excellent for interior applications with no solvent fumes and does not have the flammable hazards of conventional solvent based products.
We recommend applying 2 coats of Aquaseal SP for optimum effect, but the application must not be too thick as excessive build up may cause the coating to appear milky when subjected to ponding. This effect will disappear when the coating dries completely.
