Universal Inkjet Inks are a dye based tricolour set and black series that can be used to refill most inkjet cartridges.

Universal Inks have used successfully in Canon, HP, Epson and Lexmark printers giving the same printability as the original inks.

Quality Control Procedures

Incoming Raw Materials

All incoming raw materials are tested to a specification to ensure that they are correct before manufacturing any finished product.

Dyestuffs are tested for colour shade, strength and solubility, distilled water for pH and surface tension, solvents, humectants and penetrating additives are tested by GC analysis.

Finished Products

Finished product is tested for Viscosity, pH, Surface Tension, Colour Strength, Colour Shade and Conductivity to set standards so we can guarantee batch to batch consistency.

Printability

Printability is checked by refilling cartridges for a Canon, Epson and HP printer and printing a test pattern.

Filtration Specification

All inks are filtered through a 1.0 micron cartridge micropore filter and a 0.2micron cartridge micropore filter in tandem to guarantee that the inks are filtered to a level of 0.2microns.
