Universal Cleaner was originally developed to clean tyre marks, oil and dirt from epoxy-coated flooring.

It is best used by spotting the marks with undiluted product, then leaving for up to 10 minutes to allow the special surface active agents to penetrate and lift the marks off the floor. The cleaner can then be removed by brushing, wiping with a cloth, high pressure hosing or a sweeping / scrubbing machine.

As the product is water based there are no flammability issues and can be used in conjunction with any style of floor sweeping or scrubbing machinery.

Since the introduction of the Universal Cleaner we have found many other uses for it, hence the description Universal Cleaner. It can be used to clean all types of flooring indoor and outdoor, there are also many other household applications and numerous other industrial applications Universal Cleaner will work on. We found it can be used to wash engines and clean printing aniloxes with dried water based inks to name a few.

Do not use Universal Cleaner on Aluminium products as it may leave stains
